LEGAL CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATIONON BLACK LIMBA'S ''BEATS'' PLATFORM

Welcome to BEATS, Black Limba's platform created to promote and support new artistic talent. Before submitting your application, we invite you to carefully read the following legal conditions. By completing and submitting this form, you accept and agree to the terms set forth below:

 

1. PURPOSE AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA:

By submitting your information through the BEATS form, you agree that Black Limba may use the information provided for the following purposes:

• Contact response:We will use your email address to respond to your application and communicate with you regarding it.
• Sending commercial communications:You authorize Black Limba to send you promotional and commercial newsletters related to the brand, its products, and future initiatives, which will be sent to the email address provided.

Your data will be processed in accordance with the applicable regulations on data protection and in accordance with ourPolicy ofPrivacy.

 

2. REQUIREMENTS TO PARTICIPATE IN 'BEATS':

For your application to be valid and considered by Black Limba, you must meet the following requirements:

• Coming of age:You must be 18 years or older.
• Visual content:It's mandatory to include visual content that showcases your artwork. This content can be in the form of a video, an online portfolio, or a link to your personal website.
• Registration period:Applications will only be accepted between November 7, 2024, and December 7, 2024. Any applications received outside of these dates will not be considered.

3. BENEFITS FOR THE SELECTED ARTIST:

If you are selected to be the next BEATS artist, you will receive the following benefits and collaboration opportunities with Black Limba:

Economic Reward:

• Black Limba will value your talent with acompensation of €3,500.
• You will be an ambassador for Black Limba for a period ofsix months.
• During this time, you will receiveBlack Limba lingerie productsat your home, monthly and at no additional cost.

Content Production and Post-Production:

• You will collaborate with our team to create visual content (photos and videos) through a process that includes brainstorming, creative conceptualization, art direction, and post-production.

Visibility on Black Limba Channels:

• You will have aexclusive space on our websiteto introduce yourself and showcase your talent.
• We will use oursocial networksto give you visibility and amplify your artistic message.
• Black Limba will release aexclusive newsletterintroducing you to our contact base.

4. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND ARTISTIC EXPRESSION:

In the form, you'll find an additional field where you can expand your application. This space is intended for you to freely express yourself as a creator, showcasing more of your artistic vision. 5. ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONDITIONS:

By submitting your application, you confirm that you have read and accepted these legal terms and conditions and that you meet all the specified requirements. Black Limba reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions if necessary, as well as to select participants who best align with the values and objectives of the BEATS platform.
