It is our friends club, a loyalty program in which you can enjoy discounts and exclusive advantages. You can earn points by carrying out actions, such as purchases or product reviews, and enjoy exclusive discounts and advantages.

Rewards are points that equal a discount on your next purchase.
You can get a discount from 500 points equivalent to €5. For example, for every 2,000 points you will get a €20 discount that you can use on your purchases in our online store.

Anyone, whether you are already a Black Limba client or not :)
If you already have a Black Limba account, log in with your regular username and you will automatically become part of the club. 

You can earn points with what we call "challenges", actions such as referring a friend or making purchases in our online store. To discover all the ways you can earn points, click on the “Earn points” tab on the top bar.

You can see your number of accumulated points from your personal account, it will appear in the top bar and you can see them by clicking on “My points”.

In your Limba Collective account, by clicking on “Redeem points”. There you can see all the prizes you have available. If you have enough points you can exchange them for a prize by clicking on the voucher and it will be automatically added to your shopping cart. The discounts are valid in periods of promotions and sales but are not combinable with other discount codes.

From the time your points are approved, you have 12 months to enjoy your rewards.

· Approved: are the points that can be exchanged for prizes immediately.

· Earrings: are those points that need to be verified before you can redeem them. Typically this applies to purchases and recommendations. Sometimes it may take a few minutes for your activity to be processed and your points to be obtained, normally it is automatic.

· Cancelled: These are points that will not be added to your points balance. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (points will change from pending to canceled).

Not directly. In our online store, you must redeem your reward from your Limba Collective account so that it can be applied during the purchase process.

You, or someone you've referred, has canceled or returned a purchase.

Once the points are used, they cannot be used again in any case.

You can use a maximum of 400 points (€40) per order.

If you do not wish to continue earning points, please contact us atmayday@blacklimba.com and ask to unsubscribe. You will no longer be registered and you will lose all the points you have accumulated.

Simply contact us and we will re-enroll you in the program. However, the total points will start at zero.
